1. Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by World of Muses/Mellow Muses, Duvenstedter Berg 1, 22397 Hamburg, Germany.

2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the European Union aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 

3. Entry Period: The giveaway entry period ends at 23:59 CET on 19.12.2024.

4. How to Enter: To enter, sign up for our newsletter on the Undotted. Serum product page. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.

5. Prize: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) bottle of Undotted. Serum each. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Shipping is only within the EU.

6. Winner Selection: Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place from December 16th to 20th, with two winners selected each day. The winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond to the notification email within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, World of Muses/Mellow Muses reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. General Conditions: World of Muses/Mellow Muses reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if technical failures, fraud, or any other factor beyond World of Muses/Mellow Muses's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability: World of Muses/Mellow Muses assumes no responsibility or liability for any technical or human error that may occur during the giveaway, including, but not limited to, any miscommunication or error regarding the drawing or prize notification.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This giveaway is governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
