  • 3.99 € to Germany (FREE for orders from 99 €)
  • Processed orders are shipped within 2 working days.
  • Delivered within 1 working day from the date of dispatch.

International

  • Delivered by UPS, tracked service.
  • 9.95 € to EU countries (FREE for orders from 99 €)
  • Processed orders are shipped within 2 working days.
  • Delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping for all orders from 99 €.

Track Your Order

Tracking will be provided for all orders, we will send you an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where it is at all times.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery and damage and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery service.

In case of a wrongly delivered product, please contact us at support@mellowmuses.com within five working days of receiving the shipment. In these cases, we cover all costs of product replacement and we’ll make things right.
